Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TripShield, provided by FlySolutions Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using TripShield you agree to them.

1. What TripShield is — and isn't

TripShield is a self-help tool that helps you document the condition of rentals and accommodation and prepare claims and letters. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you before any airline, rental company, host or bank, and we cannot guarantee that any claim, dispute or chargeback will succeed. Compensation estimates are based on published rules and the information you enter; always check them before sending a claim.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use only photos and documents you are entitled to use.
• Do not use TripShield to create false or misleading evidence. Photos imported from your gallery are labeled as unverified.
• Keep your account secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

3. Plans and prices

• Free: 1 trip and 5 AI analyses. The flight-compensation check is free.
• Trip Pass: USD 2.99, one-time payment, unlimited trips for 7 days from purchase (fair-use limit of 80 AI analyses per day).
• Annual: USD 19.99 per year, renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from "My plan → Manage billing"; you keep access until the end of the paid year.

Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Refunds

If TripShield did not work for you, email admin@flysolutionsholdings.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. For the Annual plan, refunds after 14 days are not provided, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

5. Availability

We work to keep TripShield available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable; failed AI analyses are not counted against your limits.

6. Your data

Evidence photos are stored on your device. Please export important evidence reports; we cannot recover data deleted from your browser. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to TripShield is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
