Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Keyproof, provided by FlySolutions Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using Keyproof you agree to them.

1. What Keyproof is — and isn't

Keyproof is a self-help tool that helps you document the condition of rentals and accommodation and prepare claims and letters. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you before any airline, rental company, host or bank, and we cannot guarantee that any claim, dispute or chargeback will succeed or that any company, arbitrator or court will accept your photos as evidence. Compensation estimates are based on published rules and the information you enter; always check them before sending a claim.

Artificial intelligence. Keyproof uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to describe visible damage in your photos, read documents you upload and draft letters. Before your first AI analysis the app asks for your permission. If you chat with our assistant "Shield", you are talking to an AI system, not a person. AI output can be incomplete or wrong: read and correct every letter before you send it — you decide what to send and are responsible for it.

Flight checks are estimates. The flight check compares your flight data with the passenger rules we believe apply (EU Regulation 261/2004, the UK's retained version of that regulation, and U.S. Department of Transportation refund rules). It is general information, not legal advice, and the airline, a regulator or a court makes the final decision. In the United States there is generally no legal right to cash compensation for delays; the main right is a refund when a flight is cancelled or significantly changed and you choose not to travel.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use only photos and documents you are entitled to use.
• Do not use Keyproof to create false or misleading evidence. Photos imported from your gallery are labeled as unverified.
• Keep your account secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

3. Plans and prices

• Free: 1 trip and 5 AI analyses. The flight-compensation check is free.
• Trip Pass: USD 2.99, one-time payment, unlimited trips for 7 days from purchase (fair-use limit of 80 AI analyses per day).
• Annual: USD 19.99 per year. By buying it you agree that the plan renews automatically every year at the then-current price, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel. We email you a reminder between 15 and 45 days before each renewal, with the date, the price and how to cancel, and a confirmation of every purchase and cancellation. If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to. Cancel online at any time, in two clicks, in "My plan → Manage billing", by deleting your account, or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion. Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans are not yet available for purchase by consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom; the free plan and the flight check can be used there.

If you use a Keyproof app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases made there (if offered) are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Our 14-day refund: if Keyproof did not work for you, email admin@flysolutionsholdings.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. For the Annual plan, refunds after 14 days are not provided, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK: you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-services contract within 14 days. Because your plan starts immediately, at checkout we ask for your express consent to immediate start and your acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right ends once the service has started. Our voluntary 14-day refund above still applies, and nothing in these terms limits other mandatory consumer rights you have.

5. Availability

We work to keep Keyproof available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable; failed AI analyses are not counted against your limits.

6. Your data and your account

Evidence photos are stored on your device. Please export important evidence reports; we cannot recover data deleted from your device. See our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account). Deleting the account cancels any automatic renewal immediately.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Keyproof is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. We announce material changes in the app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect; changes do not apply to a paid period you already bought unless the law requires it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
